Fashion 2014: T-shirt Revamping - DIY Tank Top

Grab your scissors and turn your boring t-shirts into chic tank tops in 5 easy steps!
Step 1. Cut the neckline and the bottom hem.
Step 2. Cut the sleeves depending on your desired strap thickness and armpit length.
Step 3. Flip the shirt over and cut a deep "V" shape from the neckline.
Step 4. Using the excess string from the bottom hem, knot the sleeves from the bottom of the "V" shape. Wrap the string around the sleeves all the way down to the center of the racerback, and back up so that the ends will meet.
Step 5. Knot the ends tigthly and trim loose ends.
Now you have your sexy tank top! Perfect for summer! :)

You can adjust the cut of the front neckline depending on how low you want it to be. |

If you want a sexy tank top, cut the armpit longer. |

The deeper the sleeves, the deeper the "V" should be. |
