4-Step Nail Art Tutorial Using Scotch Tape

Here are the very easy to follow steps! :)

1. Apply a base color. Let it dry before moving to the next step.
2. Cut the tape into thin strips. Cover the area you want to remain with base color.
3. Apply the second polish. Remove the tape while the polish is still wet.
4. Apply colorless nail color for the final touch.

Notes: 
- Be creative on your design
- Do not put the scotch tape unless the base color is totally dry
- Quickly remove the tape while still wet from one direction only
